Clinical Credentials: Have been associated with 20,000 open heart surgeries during my tenure as cardiac surgeon. Was the member of surgical team of Apollo when 1st multi-organ transplant was performed in Asia in 1995. I have had the opportunity of starting three cardiac institutions. Vijaya heart foundation in 1996, Bharatiraja Heart Hospital in 2005 and Chettinad ICVD in 2007. Have been one of the surgeon to do first endoscopic heart surgeries in India in Vijaya Heart Foundation. Member of the first double valve replacement (Robotic) in the world in ICVD, Chettinad 2011.
