Step 1
Send us your medical requirement through e-mail. Please
ensure the complete details of your condition along with any
medical transcript available. Do not hesitate to ask any
question, we really mean any question no matter how small or
trivial it maybe. Fill us with all the information about you
which might help us to determine the treatment and the course.
Step 2
On receipt of your query we will have it analyzed it by both
our medical and operations team and a Medical Tourism Advisor
will be in touch with you from there on to give you a First
Report which shall include the flow of the process and
available dates.
Step 3
After confirmation of our First Report from your
side, we shall initiate the process as per the First Report
and send you a Detailed Plan which shall include all the
information that you might require. This shall be in
accordance to your travel plan and other follow up activities.
Please ensure the following documents with you and confirm the
list of documents available with you before travel.
1. All Medical
Reports in original or copies
2. A certificate
of Fitness to Fly from your Doctor (If medically
warranted)
3. Reports of
all Scans on CDS
4. Referral note from the
Doctor who has been attending on the condition for
Step 4
On arrival, you will be received at the airport by our
representative, and taken to a hotel or hospital as per the
Detailed Plan. The Medical Tourism Advisor whom you have been
interacting with shall make you familiar with the entire Programme. At the hospital, you will be registered under our
consultant who will be your primary doctor.
