Computational Biology is a frontier science that draws from the
advances in many fields including biology, medicine, and engineering.
It is concerned with the simulation of disease processes in silico, and
moving towards systems-level understanding, with the ultimate aim
of design and simulation of targeted therapeutic intervention. This
programme imparts specialized skills to the student in this competitive
and interdisciplinary area to meet the demand for such professionals
in the global arena, both in the academia as well as industrial /government R&D institutions.
Eligibility: B.Sc. Physics/Chemistry/Life Sciences/Mathematics
/Computer Science or B.E., or M.B.B.S., B.D.S., B.V.Sc., B.Pharm.,
or any graduate degree in Medical/ Health Sciences awarded by a
recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks.

How to Apply:
Application along with prospectus can be obtained on payment of Rs.200/- made through Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, payable at Chennai. The form can be obtained in person/through post/may be downloaded from the University website. If the form is downloaded, the completed form must be accompanied by a D.D. as per the above instruction.
